Refund policy

At OREA, every order is carefully prepared to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our skincare products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind once an order has been processed or shipped.
Returns
For hygiene and quality reasons, all skincare purchases are considered final sale once shipped.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for: Change of mind, Personal preference, Incorrect product selection, or Products that have been opened or used.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered the fulfilment process.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is important to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect product, please contact us and we will make it right.
Depending on the situation, we may arrange a replacement or another suitable solution.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with: your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Refunds
Refunds are not available once an order has shipped, except where required by applicable consumer laws. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Subscriptions
Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed. Cancelling your subscription will stop future billing but does not refund previous charges.
